What stays on this device

Information you enter into the tools is stored using this browser's local storage or IndexedDB. The suite does not create an account, maintain a server-side clinical record, or send exercise answers to an automated analysis service.

Browser storage belongs to a browser profile, not to one person. Anyone using the same device and profile may be able to open saved work. Most ACT & Scene data is not encrypted. Waypoints can encrypt its saved browser record with an optional in-tool PIN, but that PIN does not secure the device and does not protect a plain export.

Mystery does not request personal information or save spin results. It saves only the identifiers of celebrations already shown in this browser so that later celebrations can vary without immediate repeats.

What the web host can receive

Opening any website normally creates technical requests. The hosting provider may receive information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and security or operational logs. This is separate from the reflections stored inside the tools.

ACT & Scene is delivered through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Those services may process the ordinary technical request information described above. The currently available tools can be opened without a password; Field Guide and Mystery remain under development and are not available from the public tool page.

When information can leave the device

Information can leave when you choose to download, print, copy, share, or upload it elsewhere. Exported files may contain sensitive material and may be unencrypted. External links are governed by the privacy practices of the destination site.

Threads can prepare a limited handoff to Waypoints using temporary browser storage. You review the variable, direction, and scale before anything is added to a tracking plan. Practitioner notes, case identifiers, and the full process map are not included.

Protecting privacy

• Use de-identified wording only. Do not enter full names, birth dates, health numbers, addresses, case or file numbers, or identifying information about other people.
• On a shared device, use a separate browser profile when possible and clear saved work after use.
• Use each tool's clear or delete controls. Clearing browser site data can also remove local work, but downloaded or printed copies must be managed separately.
• Clinicians remain responsible for consent, documentation, privacy, security, and record-keeping requirements that apply to their practice.

Clinical and safety limitations

These tools offer structured prompts for education, reflection, and therapeutic work. They do not establish a diagnosis, determine treatment, validate a formulation, predict risk, or replace clinical judgment. Network relationships and tracker patterns are working hypotheses, not proof of cause.

The tools are not monitored and do not notify a clinician. They are not suitable for urgent or crisis support. If there is immediate danger or an urgent health concern, contact local emergency or crisis services rather than relying on this website.
